Premier Foods has launched ‘The Perfect Christmas Party Recipe Guide’ to help pubs and restaurants make the most of this opportunity. The guide reveals that over a quarter of people are looking for more varied food choices at parties and includes 12 delicious sweet and savoury canapé recipes.
The manufacturer has also teamed up with a drinks expert to provide outlets with recommended drinks pairings to accompany the canapés. From Japanese Sake with Beetroot Blinis and Smoked Salmon, to Port with Christmas Pudding Truffles; the drinks have all been perfectly paired with the different flavours.
