Lebanese hospitality group Nothing But Love is to open its second London restaurant.

The group behind Marylebone-based omakase restaurant Mayha, which launched on Chiltern Street in January, will open Meat the Fish in Chelsea later this month.

The restaurant is to be located on Cadogan Gardens just off the Kings Road occupying the ground floor of a red brick townhouse. It will be open from breakfast through dinner serving a menu created by head chef Rachel Bado.

Breakfast items will include green asparagus and eggs; zaatar on toast; and breakfast taco; while the lunch and dinner menu will be split into sections of raw, salads, sandwiches, bowls, mains, and sharing dishes.

Raw bar options will include oysters; sashimi, tartare or carpaccio of the day; and scallops crudo. Signatures dished from Meat the Fish locations in Beirut including unagi donburi; black prawn bao; miso aubergine; beef carnitas tacos; and the merguez dog will also feature.

The interior will feature a ceramic installation depicting oversized, free flowing tentacles, which wrap themselves around a central fireplace. There will also be circular stone topped tables and seaweed-green round chairs above which sculptures will hang.

Meat the Fish launched as a delivery service in Lebanon in 2011 eventually becoming a fully-fledged restaurant and grocers. There are now three Meat the Fish locations in Lebanon – the original shop in Beirut, a seasonal mountain spot in Faqra and a beach venue in Batroun in the north of the country.
