This is the permanent London Liverpool Street setting for the successful street food group from former trader Alex Kaye – who previously ran the Night Tales pop-up in East London. Also overseen by head chef Nick Ross – who brings experience from working with two Michelin-starred Daniel Boulud, and Scott Conant ‒ the menu will offer BBQ-style specials cooked over charcoal with a hint of Eastern flavours in the marinades and spices. There will also be freshly-prepared salads with ingredients such as feta cheese, beans, peas, fennel, olives and deep fried cauliflower – as well as a kitchen counter allowing guests to watch the chefs’ cleaver skills at the in-house ‘butchery theatre’. A separate breakfast counter will serve coffee in the daytime, and drinks by night.
