Ben Johnston has been appointed as head chef at The Alyn pub in Rossett, North Wales. He brings with him over 13 years experience working in gastropubs across Cheshire, as well as his signature dish of Confit of Roasted Belly Pork served with Baby Leeks, Braised Cabbage and Bacon, Black Pudding, Potato Gratin, Crackling and Roasted Apple Sauce.
Ben said: "I am very excited about joining The Alyn. The pub has a rich and successful history and I look forward to playing my part in its next chapter."
