Called Lilli by Akira Back, the all-day dining brasserie will celebrate British cuisine alongside the Seoul-born, Colorado-raised chef’s signature dishes.
The new venture will be Back’s second hotel partnership in London and follows the opening of his restaurants Akira Back and Dosa at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair hotel on London’s Hanover Square.
“Our partnership at Montcalm Mayfair has been in the making for a long time,” he says. “I’m looking forward to unveiling the next chapter of our culinary journey in Mayfair”.
Montcalm Mayfair, the Collection’s flagship destination, will reopen following a renovation of the Park Lane Grade II-listed building.
The new look includes rejuvenated the public areas including the restaurant, destination bar and private dining room.

Lilli by Akira Back will open in the spring.
