Called One Voice Hospitality, it has been conceived in response to what Schama says is integrated decision-making becoming prevalent in the F&B and leisure sectors and from research from the company that shows that fewer than 50% of restaurant businesses have a three to five-year plan.
Based in London, One Voice Hospitality will bring together operators, landlords and corporate finance to work collaboratively and is already working with several leading landlords and operators in a variety of high-profile locations in central London.
It is also advising a number of hospitality business corporate finance projects.
“While so many aspects of the industry have changed in the last five years, people remain at the heart of it and are why I have created One Voice Hospitality,” says Schama.
“We place relationships centrally in decision-making through an eco-system in which parties come together to maximise opportunities.
“We offer clients, whether landlords, operators or investors, a full range of services, but our difference is that it is an integrated offer, rather than specialisms acting independently of one another.”
Schama has more than 30 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, working on a range of high-profile locations. He has played a role in many high-profile restaurant deals, including Sushisamba’s debut restaurant at Heron Tower in The City, Santiago Lastra’s KOL Restaurant in Marylebone, D&D’s 14 Hills on Fenchurch Street, Little House Mayfair, and Sumosan’s restaurant and bar at Six Senses Residences Courchevel.
He also hosts the podcast Ted’s Thoughts in which he interviews leading figures in the restaurant and property sectors.
