Butcher Ollie Harley will open an eponymous butchery and rotisserie in Hampstead this spring

Called Harley’s, it will be located on Bakers Passage in Oriel Place and is due to open its doors in May.

Harley previously worked at high-end London butchers Provenance Village Butcher, which has sites in Notting Hill, Chelsea, Little Venice, Queen’s Park and Wimbledon Village, but left the Chelsea shop in October last year after eight years with the business.

Details on his new project are still scarce, but sharing the news on Instagram Harley said it ‘was going to be special’.

“We look forward to sharing our journey and [are] thrilled to reside in one of the most beautiful parts of London.”
