Gallery and club owner Alex Proud is opening a new restaurant and late night venue in Hoxton next month.

Proud, who is also behind Haus of Cabaret, will open Sinners, a multi faced space that will include The Eden Lounge by Sinners on the ground floor, and Sinful entertainment on the lower ground level.

Opening on 1 May, The Eden Lounge by Sinners will be an all day dining lounge as well as a hub for remote workers. Its botanical garden inspired interior has been designed as the ideal environment in which to work, relax, and boost productivity, with high-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets as features.

It will serve brunch to late night dining that will include menu items such as French toast with rhubarb jam and orange yoghurt; and hummus, poached egg, harissa oil, sun-dried tomatoes and flatbread; as well as bites such as croquettes; grilled prawns; spring rolls; and kofte.

Larger dishes on The Forbidden Feast section of the menu will include quartered roasted poussin; and roasted lamb rump cooked over an open fire grill, while a selection of small and medium sized salads will also be on offer, including green papaya salad; wholesome grain salad; and roasted chickpea kale salad.

Desserts will include a custard, strawberry and basil jelly tart.

By night, guests can head down to the Sinners cocktail bar that will offer a programme of ‘immersive entertainment’.
