Elly Wentworth has left her post at The Angel restaurant in Dartmouth to join Fowlescombe Farm in Devon.

The MasterChef the Professionals Finalist in 2016 will join the luxury hotel and regenerative farm at the start of July as executive chef. In her role she will also oversee the food offer at the hotel’s sister pub The Millbrook Inn in South Pool.

She will continue the sustainable farm-to-fork ethos of both venues, with The Refectory restaurant at Fowlescombe Farm serving a daily changing menu of ingredients sourced from the farm and The Millbrook Inn focusing on an offer centred on meats from the farm and local seafood.
