In her new role, Wilkinson will focus on creating, refining and challenging vision and leasing strategies for London estates, mixed-use assets and prime locations.
Alongside this she will also work to advise landlords, trusts and occupiers.
“I’ve long admired P-Three’s innovative approach to placemaking and their ability to bring together commercial acumen and cultural relevance,” says Wilkinson, who announced her departure from Shaftesbury Capital back in February.
“I’m excited to join the team in this unique consultancy role and to help shape projects that truly make a difference to the way people experience places.”
P-Three describes Wilkinson’s appointment as illustrative of its ability to ‘constantly evolve and enhance its client offering’.
She previously spent 28 years at Shaftesbury as restaurant director, during which she oversaw the stewardship and curation of world-famous areas such as Carnaby, Covent Garden and Soho, and played a pivotal role in transforming areas such as Kingly Court, Chinatown, Seven Dials and Fitzrovia into culinary hubs.
“Julia is quite simply the most well-respected individual in the London restaurant market and we are incredibly excited she has chosen to join the team at P-Three,” says Thomas Rose, co-founder of P-Three.
“Her deep knowledge of restaurant placemaking and unrivalled track record in creating thriving urban F&B and hospitality environments aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver commercially intelligent and creatively led leasing strategies and implementation for our clients.
“This role shows P-Three remains at the very forefront of the London restaurant and leisure market, helping create the next places-to-be.”
