Street food market operator KERB is to launch a new weekly lunch market next week that will mark its first ever location in West London.

Launching next Wednesday (4 June), the new market at White City Place will feature a rotating line-up of seven street food traders.

They include Oshpaz, which has an outpost in KERB’s Seven Dials Market and a restaurant on Regent Street and specialises in Uzbek plov rice bowls; burger brand Meltdown; and South Indian street food operator Andhra Ruchuluu.

All profits from the White City market will support KERB+, KERB’s not-for-profit social enterprise, helping people from less-advantaged backgrounds start their own street food businesses and build careers in hospitality.

News of the new market comes after KERB reported an ‘extraordinary year’ of revenue growth back in March.

The company generated £32.2m in revenue in 2024, an 89% increase from the £17made in 2022, and 37% from £23.5m in 2023, marking KERB as one of the fastestgrowing players in the hospitality sector.

In April this year KERB opened its second permanent London food hall, Corner Corner, in Canada Water as part of a joint venture with Broadwick.

It is also set to open a new concept in a central London location this summer, with details expected to be revealed soon.

Meanwhile, following the opening of the Saluhall food hall last year in San Francisco, US, last year, KERB is also continuing to spread its wings internationally.

Earlier this month it opened KERB Berlin, which features 12 traders including Pick & Cheese, the ‘cheese conveyor belt’ concept created by Mathew Carver, founder of The Cheese Bar in London’s Camden.
