The group, which operates six sites across Spain, will open a flagship location on Great Eastern Street.
It comes after PLANT SHACK founders Sarah Coombs and Lee Brogden signed a franchise deal with entrepreneur, marketer and investor Michael Vosc back in December.
“Shoreditch felt like the natural place to land in London,” says Brogden.
“It’s creative, conscious, and a bit rebellious – just like us.”
PLANT SHACK London will serve the brand’s ‘signature’ cold-pressed juices alongside superfood smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and coffee.
“From day one, our mission has been to show that plant-based health doesn’t have to be boring or preachy – it can be fun, vibrant and exciting,” says Coombs.
“Launching in Shoreditch is a dream. This community gets it. They’re ready for something with soul and sustainability.”
PLANT SHACK originally launched in Altea in 2019 after Coombs and Brogden relocated from the UK to Spain.
The group has subsequently expanded to Palma de Mallorca and Alicante, and now operates eight sites across the country.
Shoreditch is expected to be the first of several UK sites for the PLANT SHACK brand with expansion into other international markets also planned.
PLANT SHACK opens Monday 23 June.
