Creative Restaurant Group (CRG) has promoted Milena Floyd to managing director.

Floyd originally joined the group, whose portfolio includes the Michelin-starred London restaurants HUMO and Endo at The Rotunda, as head of operations in August 2023 and was previously promoted operations director in July 2024.

Described by CRG as ‘an invaluable mentor to many across the business’, she is credited with having a significant impact on commercial growth and generating ‘record breaking sales’ through the implementation of cover and revenue driving strategies.

“We are absolutely delighted to announce the promotion of Milena Floyd to managing director,” says Misha Zelman, chairman of CRG.

“Her unwavering commitment, operational excellence, and passion for our industry have been instrumental in CRG’s growth. She has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a forward-thinking approach that aligns perfectly with our strategic goals.

“I have every confidence that under her guidance, CRG will continue to thrive and reach new heights.”

Prior to joining CRG, Floyd spent five years with Orange Brands Management, which owns the SushiSamba and Duck & Waffle brands, in various operation, management and training roles.

Before that she worked for nearly four years at steakhouse group Gaucho, initially as GM before being promoted to managing partner.

“Being promoted to managing director (of CRG) is a truly exciting milestone in my career,” says Floyd.

“It reflects not only the technical expertise and operational experience I’ve built over the years, but also the leadership, vision, and resilience needed to inspire teams, drive growth, and represent the company with purpose and passion.

“I’m incredibly proud to step into this role at CRG — not just as a leader, but as a woman in the industry — and I’m looking forward to playing a key role in shaping our strategic direction and supporting our continued expansion.”

Creative Restaurant Group’s portfolio also includes London restaurants Sumi, Kioku by Endo, and NIJŪ.
