The first four-week Beginners’ Culinary Course will take place in October is targeted towards chefs looking to take their first step into a professional kitchen.
According to the press notes, the programme is ‘designed to give participants the confidence, knowledge and hands-on experience needed to take their first step toward a culinary career or to elevate their cooking for personal growth’.
Enrolment is limited to just eight students and the course will be led by Andrew Roberts, head chef at the Gordon Ramsay Academy.
Participants will gain more than 80 hours of training including a one-day work placement at one of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global’s UK establishments.
Upon graduation, students will receive qualifications fully accredited by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH).
The accreditation will also be offered at the newly announced Gordon Ramsay Academy in Riyadh, KSA, set to open in late 2025 as part of the Academy’s expanding international presence.
Ramsay opened the first Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking in 2021.
Earlier this year he launched a second location under the cookery school brand as part of his operation within 22 Bishopsgate in the City of London.
