The brand, which was bought by hospitality operator Brand Bae at the end of last year, will open a 745sq ft restaurant in the Angel Central development. Located on the first floor, it will be sited close to a Wagamama.
Bababoom serves a range of kebabs as well as ‘power bowls’ made with couscous, slaw, sweet potato hummus and a selection of toppings, such as chicken shish, falafel, beef brisket kofta, chargrilled cauliflower, and halloumi.
“Angel Central is embedded in a diverse and exciting community, which perfectly complements our unique and flavourful dishes,” says Arjun Nagari, director at Bababoom.
“We pride ourselves on using the highest quality products, and ensure our customers are at the forefront of everything we do. We draw inspiration from the people and places surrounding us, just like Angel Central, making it a perfect fit for our fourth location.”
Bababoom was founded by Eve Bugler, Travis Fish, and Jono Jenkins in Battersea in 2016. It operates three sites in the capital in Battersea Rise, Camden and Stratford.
