Gordon Ramsay will bring his Hell’s Kitchen restaurant brand to the UK for the first time next year with the opening of a site within Marble Arch’s Cumberland Hotel.

Inspired by the television series created by the Michelin-starred chef, Hell’s Kitchen is described as an ‘immersive dining experience’ that is said to captures the intensity of the TV series ‘while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service’.

The concept debuted in Las Vegas in 2018 and has since expanded to eight locations across the United States and Europe, including, Lake Tahoe, Southern California, Atlantic City, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Miami and Ibiza.

The menu at Hell’s Kitchen London will feature a mix of signature favourites and new dishes, including beef wellington; seared scallops; lobster risotto, sticky toffee pudding, and apple butterscotch cheesecake.

“Bringing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is an incredible full circle moment,” says Ramsay.

“London is where it all began in 1998, so this feels like a real homecoming. Hell’s Kitchen is about fire, theatre and bold flavours, and I can’t wait to share the signature dishes guests love alongside new creations, developed especially for London’s diners.”

The partnership between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and The Clermont Hotel Group, which owns the Cumberland Hotel, is said to mark the beginning of a multi-site deal between the two hospitality groups.

Earlier this month it was revealed that ITV bosses had entered talks with Ramsay’s team last year about reviving the reality cooking show, and that Ramsay had also trademarked the Hell’s Kitchen name in the UK so it can be used in restaurants.

Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel will open in Spring 2026.
