The QSR sushi brand will open new franchised sites in Basildon, Sidcup, Worthing, Islington, Hendon, Dalston and Redhill within the next few months.
The company is promising more new openings next year and says it has identified multiple franchise areas across London and the Home Counties for continued growth with a target of reaching 100 UK restaurants by the end of 2030.
“We are proud that several of our existing franchisees have already gone on to open multiple sites and this is a testament to the robustness of our tried and tested business model,” says co-founder Raheel Choudhary.
“As a former successful franchisee myself, having run a 60+ site QSR operation in the past, I understand how The Sushi Co can best support single and multi-unit franchisees. As a result, we offer site sourcing, store fit out, turn-key opening of stores, marketing and the right training to enable franchisees to maximise potential and expand in this thriving space.
The company says its most recent launches in Tower Bridge and Brighton ‘have met with unprecedented success’ and that the company’s sites stores experienced record average sales this summer. “Sushi is big business and it’s set to get bigger,” adds Choudhary.
