The restaurant group behind Piccolino, Riva Blu, and Restaurant Bar & Grill, has unveiled Club Business, a scheme that it says has been designed in response to a revival in corporate entertaining.
According to research from Marketing Week cited by the group, 70% of organisations now consider corporate hospitality a core part of their strategy, while 80% of UK businesses plan to maintain or increase spend on events in 2025, according to Enterprise Times.
It also cites data that the average corporate Christmas party spend per head now stands at £172, meaning that businesses are clearly reinvesting in face-to-face connection, whether for client hospitality or team celebrations.
Under the loyalty scheme, members of Club Business will receive 10% back on all qualifying spend over £500, credited directly into their Club Business balance to reinvest in future dining and events, which Individual Restaurants says sets it apart from traditional points-based schemes.
The club has been to designed to address the practical needs of corporate clients, with invoicing options available in place of card-only payments, and complimentary private dining and venue hire available nationwide across the group’s 34 restaurants. Members will also benefit from referral incentives, canape receptions for large-scale bookings, and a dedicated concierge service.
The scheme rewards both organisations and the people who manage their bookings, it adds, with PAs and event planners benefiting from tailored recognition, while businesses unlock milestone rewards for annual spend, exclusive invitations to seasonal menu tastings, and the flexibility of concierge-style planning support.
“For business leaders and their teams, hospitality is no longer just about booking a table, it’s about creating moments that matter,” says Andrew Garton, CEO of Individual Restaurants.
“With Club Business, we are rewarding those moments in a way that no one else in the industry is doing: giving businesses real value back, looking after the bookers behind the scenes, and ensuring every experience is effortless and elevated.”
The programme builds on the success of Club IR, Individual Restaurants’ consumer loyalty scheme, which attracted 150,000 members in its first year.
Club Business is currently available to a select group of companies, with a limited number of memberships being offered during the launch phase.
