The company has opened a site in a former 18th-century town house on Mayfair’s North Audley Street, on which it also operate French bistro NAC.
The restaurant has been designed with a minimalistic 1970s aesthetic with black leather and chrome US diner style bar stool seating along a white bar, a light yellow colour palette and booth seating.
Its plans for Mayfair were revealed back in July when it opened a site in South Kensington on Thurloe Place.
Supernova made it debut in Soho in 2023 and gained viral popularity on social media for a tight menu of US-style smash burgers and fries and minimalist retro feel.
It has since expanded into the Middle East with sites in Riyadh and a significantly larger restaurant in Bahrain.
