A London-based bagel shop is responsible for the most ordered takeaway item on Deliveroo this year, the delivery company has revealed.

The Classic Bagel from Papo’s Bagels in Dalston, which combines smoked salmon, cream cheese, sliced red onion, tomatoes and capers, claimed the top spot of the most ordered item among across nine countries, beating products from vendors in Bologna, Dubai, Paris, Dublin, and Singapore.

In the UK, the next most popular dishes ordered on the platform were The Dirty Meal Deal from Reading burger restaurant 7Bone, which was the UK’s second most popular order, followed by the Ultimate Combo from London sandwich shop Crunch. Other items included the Breakfast Bao, Pablo Eggsgobao in Edinburgh (6th), and the Chicken Pesto Parm, from atis in London (8th).

The results were revealed its the delivery giant’s annual ‘Deliveroo 100 Report’, which showcases trending orders from around the world in 2025. The second most ordered item across the nine countries was the Crea la tua Piadina from La Piadineria in Bologna, followed by the Bibimbap Boeuf Bulgogi from Pierre Sang jn Paris, and the Dash Double Smash, from Dublin’s Dash Burge.

The UK had two listings in the global top 10, with the Dirty Meal Deal from 7Bone in Reading coming in at number eight.

It wasn’t just takeaway meals that made the top 10 deliveries list in the UK. Jason’s Sourdough bread from Morrisons in Manchester and blueberries from Co-op in London were ranked the fourth and ninth most popular items respectively.
