The helpful guide, published in partnership with global payments company Como, looks at the changing face of loyalty programmes in the hospitality sector over the past few years, which have seen numerous companies including Tortilla, Mowgli, Wagamama, Honest Burgers, Prezzo Italian, Brasserie Blanc, Loungers and Piccolino either launch or revamped their loyalty schemes.

The report analyses the restaurant loyalty landscape, speaking with experts and companies that have recently created new schemes, to identify what businesses can do to ensure their loyalty schemes have the required impact and, more importantly, meet the KPIs set for them.
