Founders Charles Perez and Victor Dubillot will open Parisian restaurant Brasserie Olivia on Sloane Square, marking their first international outpost.
The brasserie will serve ‘resolutely homemade’ home-style French cooking using local produce.
Dishes on its menus in France include classics such as bavette of beef; blanquette de veau; country terrine; truffled saucisson; tarte tatin; and profiteroles.
In 2019, La Nouvelle Garde opened Brasserie Bellanger in Paris’s 10th arrondissement. The group now has nine restaurants across France, including a number in Paris as well as in Bordeaux, Lille, Marseille, Lyon and Neuilly-sur-Seine.
“We established La Nouvelle Garde for one reason, to preserve the French art de vivre and bring a new golden age to the traditional brasseries everyone is used to,” says Perez.
“We’re so excited to be bringing this to London with Brasserie Olivia and look forward to introducing our cuisine to everyone.”
