In a LinkedIn post unveiling the group’s festive advertising campaign, Gaucho CEO Baton Berisha says the steakhouse group has had ‘second consecutive strong quarter’ of trading and that over the past three months it has ‘delivered a 5.5% year-on-year increase’ in trading.
“At Gaucho, we don’t just speak about progress we’re experiencing it,” he says in the post.
“The brand is moving with clarity, purpose and renewed energy, and I couldn’t be more proud of the team whose dedication continues to drive this momentum.
“These results reflect the impact of a refreshed direction, and a team fully aligned behind it.”
Gaucho operates 20 restaurants across the UK, primarily based in London.
In its most recent results, Rare Restaurants, the parent company of Gaucho, reported turnover of £72.5m in 2024, down from £75.1m in 2023.
Berisha joined Rare Restaurants as chief executive back in March this year.
