Seeds Consulting will act as Which Wich’s exclusive franchise development partner in the UK as the brand looks to grow its footprint, targeting regional clusters in major metropolitan areas including London, Manchester, Birmingham, and other key cities.
The sandwich chain, which hails from Texas and serves customisable hot toasted sandwiches, reignited its expansion in 2023 having entered the UK market five years previously.
Back in 2018 it announced it intended to open 10 sites in the capital and it later announced it was eyeing a short-term target of 30 sites by the end of 2027.
Despite its ambitions, the brand still only operates from two UK locations, having opened its second UK site on London’s Fleet Street in the spring.

“Which Wich brings something truly fresh to the UK fast-casual landscape,” says Chris Palmer, franchise consultant at Seeds Consulting.
“The brand’s energy, customisable menu, and efficient operational model align perfectly with what today’s operators and consumers are looking for. We’re excited to partner with Which Wich and anticipate strong demand from established multi-site groups.”
“The UK has already shown great enthusiasm for the Which Wich experience,” Rami Awada, UK master franchisee, adds. “Seeds Consulting’s deep market knowledge and franchise expertise make them the ideal partner as we build momentum and bring Which Wich to more communities across the country.”
In July, Which Wich signed a multi-unit franchise agreement with Breaking Brands Management to open a site in Cardiff. It is also targeting Scotland, and in September announced it had secured new franchise partners to launch in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
