Sarges Sunday Roasts, named after how the chef is commonly known, will see Sargeant cook and personally deliver a limited number of Sunday roasts to parts of Kent. He says that no actual prep or cooking is needed, with customers just required to reheat the meal when they want it.
In an Instagram post, Sargeant says the meal “will all be bought, prepped and lovingly cooked by me”, with delivery to “parts of Kent only for now”.
Sargeant is best known for his time spent working with Gordon Ramsay, including appearing in the documentary series Boiling Point that followed Ramsay as he attempted to earn three Michelin stars.
He later moved to Folkestone to cook at Rocksalt restaurant and was most recently behind Restaurant MS, also in Folkestone, which closed at the start of last year.
