Companies House filings for Côte Restaurant Group show Dinnis as resigning as a director of the group on 9 January, some three months after the acquisition of the casual dining chain by Salim and Karim Janmahomed’s Karali Group.
Dinnis joined Côte is March last year having previously spent three years as managing director for furniture company Sofology.
In October, Côte was bought by Karali Group for an undisclosed sum. Speaking about the deal, Dinnis said: “I am proud to have led the brilliant Côte team to a sale that is a huge positive for all involved.
“The sector continues to face challenges, but with the strength of our people and a clear vision, I’m confident we’ll ensure Côte remains everyone’s favourite brasserie. With a delicious new menu amplifying what we do best and exciting plans for the future, we will continue to transform and grow this brand.”
Her departure follows a number of other high-profile names to have left the business over the past months, including managing director of operations Ashley Hamilton, CTO Richard Tallboy and executive chair Jane Holbrook, who all left the company last year ahead of its acquisition by Karali.
