The all-day restaurant brand will open the 170-cover restaurant at Westfield Stratford City on 4 March, which will be the 49th site within its portfolio.
The opening comes as Bill’s reveals it surpassed £100m in sales in 2025 and has doubled profits over the past three years, with EBITDA rising from £5.5m in FY22 to £11.3m in FY24.
The casual dining chain also delivered four successive years of cover growth and like-for-like sales growth.
“Off the back of four years of very strong trading, we are incredibly excited to be opening our largest site in over a decade in Westfield Stratford,” says managing director Tom James.
Bill’s recently expanded into new formats with the opening of its first airport location at Heathrow Terminal 2.
