Sabine London is expanding its rooftop bar portfolio with the launch of a second site, opening in April 2026 in Holborn.

The new venue builds on the success of the group’s St Paul’s rooftop and will bring the brand’s signature skyline‑led experience to one of central London’s busiest commercial and hospitality districts.

Set above Holborn, the new site has been designed as a year‑round rooftop destination, offering sweeping city views. The space features coral and terracotta tones, patterned upholstery and statement artworks, set around an illuminated bar.

An electronic retractable roof and fully retractable windows will allow the venue to operate open‑air in warmer weather and enclosed during colder months.

The Holborn site will have a cocktail‑focused drinks programme and a menu of small plates.

“Building on the success of St Paul’s, this new rooftop reflects our continued commitment to creating vibrant, design-led destinations defined by exceptional cocktails and a compelling guest experience,” says venue director Nigel Tindall

“Holborn is a dynamic and well-connected area, and we look forward to introducing a refined yet welcoming rooftop setting that guests can enjoy throughout the year.”
