Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen at 22 Bishopsgate will serve a tasting menu for the first time and feature a 24-hour sports bar when it opens this spring.

The all-day restaurant, which will be located on the 59th floor of 22 Bishopsgate, which is already home to Ramsay’s Lucky Cat and Gordon Ramsay High restaurants, will mark Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ 100 restaurant and will be final piece in the group’s restaurant jigsaw at the site.

Offering breakfast from 6.30am, the restaurant will be open till 3am on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, when it will play DJ sets. On Sundays there will be live music.

The restaurant, which opens during Gordon Ramsay Restaurants’ 15th anniversary year, will be the most ambitious Bread Street Kitchen to date, with more than 35 new dishes on the menu as well its first‑ever, five-course tasting menu, with food overseen by executive chef Kamarl John.

The venue will also be home to a dedicated sports bar with a 24-hour licence.

“This bold new era is a testament to the talent and ambition of our incredible teams across the globe,” according to the group.
