Antony Worrall Thompson is to open a restaurant in Windsor at the beginning of September, making it his sixth restaurant under the AWT Restaurants banner. The Windsor Bar & Grill will open in the former Bar Meze site. Antony Worrall Thompson said, "Continuing my passion for simple, honest, real food, like all my other restaurants only the finest ingredients will be used to create mouth watering dishes."
Davey & Co handled the sale of the property which went off an asking price of £195,000.
Worrall Thompson already owns restaurants in Henley-on-Thames, London and one in Richmond.
