Icebar London Relaunches

LONDON`S Icebar is relaunching at the end of April, with the help of jewellery designers David & Martin.

Kicking off a global relaunch for the Absolute Icebar brand, the ‘radical transformation’ of the bar, which was the first of it’s kind in the UK, includes a ‘new era of ice design’.

The London site will become the flagship for the brand, and will include scattered gemstones and sculptures by ice designers ≈ke Larsson and Arne Bergh, the team responsible for the design of some of the most striking bars of ice in the world.

The ice, which is twice a year replaced with new, crystal clear ice from Torne River in Lapland, is kept in condition in a chilled environment of -5 Centigrade.

Matthieu Bourgogne, Manager of Absolut Icebar London, said: ‘‘This new concept for the venue will enrich our guests’ experience and help us to remain one of the most exciting entertainment and drinks environments in London.’’
