Warner Leisure Hotels’ Holme Lacy House Hotel in Herefordshire has now opened its fine dining restaurant in one of its recently restored and refurbished reception rooms.
The Orchard will offer both guests and visitors alike the chance to enjoy Executive Chef Gary Wheeler’s seasonal menus in an elegant setting that overlooks the hotel`s 20 acres of picturesque gardens and grounds.
Wheeler, formerly head chef at The Left Bank and Castle House Hotel, prides himself on using as much local and regional produce as possible, and has accompanied his a la carte menu with an exquisite fine wine list.
Also opening at Holme Lacy House is Le Bistro, a more relaxed dining experience developed specifically for guests, which serves a contemporary menu in a glass-roofed former courtyard with a theatre-style kitchen.
The hotel also has a third restaurant - The Bremner Scott Hall - a carvery and a la carte restaurant.
