Brewer and pub operator Fuller's is to open a pub and restaurant in London’s Wembley Park retail and leisure development next year.

The 8,200sq ft space will serve an all-day dining menu from breakfast to dinner, and feature a selection of ‘premium’ beers, wines and spirits.

Whilst exact details of the venue have not yet been revealed, Wembley Park developer Quintain has announced that the two-storey site will include both a ground floor garden and an outside terrace with views across Wembley.

The upper interior will be a multi-functional space, with the ability to transform from a large open area on event days into a cluster of smaller workspaces and private dining rooms at other times.

“We are looking forward to serving customers in such an iconic location,” says Peter Turner, property director of Fuller, Smith & Turner.

“We are currently underrepresented in this part of London and the location will give us a presence in the heart of this great new development.

“We will be opening a pub that will embody fantastic hospitality and the exceptional standard of customer service which guests expect from the Fuller’s team.”

The 85-acre Wembley Park project offers a mix of almost 70 new shops, restaurants and services in addition to the London Designer Outlet shopping centre.

Later this month bakery brand Bread Ahead will open its biggest site to date, in Wembley Park.

The huge 11,000sq ft site will feature a 220-cover restaurant, as well as a deli, baking school and wholesale bakery.
