The restaurant, which is inspired by casual dining meat restaurants and diners in New York, will make its debut on London’s Caledonian Road in Islington, with a further three venues set to open in quick succession on the outskirts of north and north west London.
The debut venue will be a small, 15-cover restaurant but subsequent openings will be larger, with new sites to include Hemel Hempstead, where a 24-cover restaurant will be launched, and in Welwyn Garden City, which will have 50 covers.
Menu items will include a selection of ribs, grilled chicken and hot dogs and burgers, including those named The Raging Bull; The Rodeo; The Greek; and vegan option The Moving Mountain.
Other menu items will include wraps; Mexican rice, Cajun onion rings, homemade beef gravy – and fries that include toppings such as rosemary salt, garlic butter and vegan cheese.
