All-day restaurant group Caravan will open its sixth Caravan-branded restaurant in the capital next month.

The restaurant, bar, and coffee roastery will open in Reuters Plaza in Canary Wharf at the start of February. The venue will have a stripped back look featuring natural stone and breeze blocks.

The restaurant will serve a menu of small plates including nduja and goat’s cheese wontons with chilli honey; jalapeno cornbread with chipotle butter, coriander, and lime; crisp chilli salt tofu with baby spinach, salted black beans, and sesame; and steamed cod dumplings with sambal, soy, crispy shallot, and coriander as well as a selection of sourdough pizzas larger plates such as pan roasted co with romesco, buttered new potatoes, herb salad, and almonds; and Dingley dell pork schnitzel with fried egg, mustard dill cream, pickles, and sage.

The group, founded by Laura Harper-Hinton, Miles Kirby and Chris Ammermann, currently operates sites in the capital in Kings Cross, Bankside, Exmouth Market, Bloomberg Arcade in the City, and Fitzrovia as well as Vardo in Chelsea’s Duke of York Square.
