The Tasting Room is the brainchild of executive chef Tom Scade and is described as offering guests ‘an immersive and sensory journey of exquisite dishes and hand-picked wines that cleverly echoes each season’.
Launching on 20 October, it will serve a five-course offer with dishes on the launch menu to include crapaudine beetroot; Cornish turbot paired with red prawns, champagne, and bergamot; and Yattendon estate venison.
“We are absolutely delighted to finally launch The Vineyard’s brand-new dining experience, The Tasting Room in October,” says Chris Smith, general manager at The Vineyard.

The Tasting Room will have 28 settings per evening with prices starting from £95 per person.
