Mauro Colagreco is bringing dishes from his three Michelin-starred restaurant Mirazur to London next month over two evenings.

The chef will host two special lunar-inspired dinners at Raffles London on 10 and 11 April in celebration of the publication of his new book Mirazur, Under the Sign of the Moon

The evenings will see Colagreco serve a seven-course menu comprising dishes from Mirazur’s Universe Menu. Located in Menton, southern France, the restaurant was ranked The World’s Best Restaurants in 2019.

The menu will include vegetable-led dishes such as beet and caviar; garden salad and vermouth sauce and artichoke tart, as well as fish of the day and sudachi sauce, followed by wasabi and green apple, and a dessert of chocolate and rosemary.

It will be priced at £225 per person, with the option of a wine pairing for £175 per person, or a non-alcoholic Temperance Pairing for £80 per person.

All of the dishes served at the dinners also feature in Mirazur, Under the Sign of the Moon, Colagreco’s new book which will be released in the UK on 9 May.

Argentina-born Colageco opened Mirazur on the French Riviera in 2006 with the restaurant currently holding three Michelin stars. He opened his eponymous restaurant at Raffles London at The OWO hotel in October last year.
