Coffee group WatchHouse launches second crowdfunding campaign

Coffee house brand WatchHouse has launched a second crowdfunding campaign to support its global expansion.

The boutique coffee house brand currently operates 17 locations in the UK and recently opened its first international site in New York.

It describes itself as being 'on a mission to reinvent the specialty coffee experience to take Modern Coffee global'.

Since its last crowdfund in 2022, the group has opened eight sites, including its first outside London, in Bath, and internationally, on New York's 5th Avenue.

Writing on its website it says: “None of these achievements would have been possible without you, our Community. It’s always been important to me that we give our guests the opportunity to grow the brand with us. With fantastic rewards on offer (more on that coming soon), we’d love to have you join us on this next phase of our journey. Our ambition remains the same. To take Modern Coffee global.”

At the end of last year WatchHouse received £7.9m in Series A funding​ to support its growth plans.
