Midlands-based fast food chain Burger & Sauce plots further UK expansion as it announces first Liverpool restaurant
Midlands-based fast food chain Burger & Sauce is looking to reach 20 sites nationwide by the end of the year.

The group, which was founded by restaurateur Saad Masood in 2020 and launched franchising in 2022, announced plans this week to launch its first outpost in Liverpool and fifteenth site overall next month.

The Liverpool Central Station location will open on 12 July when it will be offering 250 free chicken burgers as well as exclusive discount vouchers.

A spokesperson for Burger & Sauce said: “We can’t wait to launch our first store in Liverpool as we continue to grow Burger & Sauce as a franchising brand.

“We had an amazing response to Burger & Sauce’s franchise launch due to the quality of the proposition and the popularity of the brand and concept.”

Burger & Sauce’s estate is concentrated in the West Midlands and includes seven sites in Birmingham.

Further openings planned in the coming months include two further restaurants in Birmingham, as well as sites in Manchester, Nottingham and Telford.

Looking ahead, Burger & Sauce hopes to have 50 sites nationwide by the end of 2025.

The brand’s menu features a selection of beef, chicken and vegetarian burgers alongside rice bowls, wraps, wings, and loaded fries.
