The French chef, who is known for his fusion restaurants and patisseries-chocolate boutiques in Paris, Saint-Tropez and London, has partnered with high fashion brand to open the café within its new airport store.
It serves an all-day menu said to provide 'healthy, classic and gourmand options' with dishes including royal eggs; along with croissants; fruit plates; and avocado toast to start and Lignac signatures such as the crab salad; croque monsieur; lobster roll; beetroot salad with goat cheese; and Caesar salad.
Desserts include Louis Vuitton patisseries and a mango Eton mess.
Louis Vuitton now has more than 20 restaurants, cafés, chocolate shops and airport lounges, including Le Café V in Ginza and Gaggan at Louis Vuitton in Bangkok.
This latest concept is the first to launch in the UK.
