Chris and Jeff Galvin are this year celebrating the 20th anniversary of their restaurant group.

The brothers, who run Galvin La Chapelle and Galvin Bistrot & Bar in London and Galvin Green Man in Essex, will mark 20 years since the launch of their debut Galvin Bistrot de Luxe on London’s Baker Street with a series of events and offers.

The focal point of the anniversary celebrations will be a gala dinner at Galvin La Chapelle in Spitalfields on 20 May where the brothers will reunite the brothers with former head chefs from their various restaurants.

Chefs include Andre Garrett, executive chef at Corinthia London, Warren Geraghty, executive chef at Tom Kerridge Group, Josh Barnes, chef-patron at Chef’s Table by Josh Barnes, and Joo Won, chef-patron of soon-to-open Calong.

Additionally, throughout the year some of the brothers’ favourite dishes from the past two decades will be revived as monthly specials, one at Galvin La Chapelle and another that will be available at Galvin Bistrot & Bar and their Essex pub Galvin Green Man.
