Emerald Hospitality Group has partnered with Regis Group to open an Italian restaurant, a steakhouse and an Asian restaurant at the multi-floor dining destination located within the historic building.
Located on the building’s ground floor will be Casa Como, a sister concept to Emerald Hospitality Group’s Italian brand Como Garden. Inspired by the beauty of Lake Como, Casa Como will house a salumeria (Italian deli), a restaurant, central bar, and a 60-seat terrace and will serve authentic Italian cuisine made in an open kitchen.
On the seventh floor will be a dining room aiming to become London’s best steakhouse and which promises to be ‘a bold, theatrical dining concept’ with a focus on open-flame cooking. The restaurant will have one of London’s most extensive selections of premium meats, which will be cooked on a clay grill in an open kitchen.
In addition, the building’s eighth and ninth floors will be home to a new elevated Asian fusion dining concept serving dishes anchored by Japanese cuisine but with influences from Thai and Chinese culinary traditions.
The eighth-floor restaurant will have a dedicated sushi counter, an open robata grill, while the ninth-floor rooftop terrace will be a cocktail bar and lounge, with panoramic views of London.
Emerald Hospitality Group opened its first venture Zuaya on Kensington High Street in 2018, which was followed by in Como Garden on the same street in 2020. This was followed by Spanish restaurant El Norte, which opened in Mayfair in November 2021, and Riviera, a southern French restaurant that launched in Mayfair in April 2023.
“We are honoured to partner with Regis Group,” say Arian and Alberto Zandi, co-founders of Emerald Hospitality Group.
“Their global expertise and reputation in luxury real estate will be invaluable as we accelerate our growth strategy. Together, we are redefining what it means to offer unparalleled guest experiences through the expansion of our existing brands and the creation of ground breaking new concepts.
