Bar Shrimp will serve ‘considered’ cocktails, beers on tap and British seafood and will have a ‘world-class’ sound system.
Information is limited on the offering but founders Daniel Craig Martin, Richard Cossins and chef Joseph Otway say that Bar Shrimp will be an ‘extension of their ethos, offering a relaxed and focused bar with delicious food’.
The trio launched natural wine bar Flawd in 2021 and followed up with neo bistro Higher Ground in 2022.
They also run Cinderwood Market Garden north west of Stoke-on-Trent in Nantwich which supplies their own venues and a number of other restaurants in the North West.
Bar Shrimp’s location has yet to be disclosed.
