The new venue will be under its Box brand and will occupy a 7,200ft site spread across two floors just off Shaftesbury Avenue.
Due to open in October, it will have capacity for 450 guests and seating for 200 with the aim to be the ultimate bar to watch, play and party late into the night.
Arc already operates Box venues in Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Birmingham and Sheffield.
