The new scheme, Honest Insiders, will reward customers with a stamp each time they visit an Honest Burgers restaurant or the group’s recently opened fast-casual spin-off, Honest Smash + Grab.
Customers who sign up to the app will receive complimentary onion rings or fries, plus additional rewards on their third and fifth visits. After collecting eight stamps, they’ll receive a free burger of their choice.
Members will also enjoy a birthday-month treat, alerts about new product launches, exclusive event invitations, and personalised offers.
“Honest Insiders is our way of thanking our customers – honouring each visit with a digital stamp and rewards along the way,” says Honest Burgers’ chief marketing officer Marcus Denison-Smith.
“Beyond stamp collecting, being an Honest Insider will offer surprise-and-delight treats, birthday gifts, and access to exclusive events – the kind of things we believe our customers will really love. It’s about recognising and rewarding them on a more personal level. We’re delighted to have reached this first key milestone in our loyalty strategy and look forward to delivering even more Honest value in the future.”
Honest Burgers was founded in 2011 by friends Tom Barton and Phillip Eeles.
The brand now operates 39 restaurants across England and Wales, alongside its Smash + Grab site near Liverpool Street Station in East London.
