Following the recent appointment of Caines as culinary strategist at The Stafford London, the chef and restaurateur’s Devonshire hotel, restaurant, and vineyard venue will now sit alongside The Stafford London and restaurant Norma within the group.
In his new role, Caines oversees all food and beverage across The Stafford London. As part of his new position, The Game Bird restaurant within the hotel will be relaunched under a new name and identity that will ‘reflect Caines’ cuisine, personality and embody the spirit of the Stafford’, marking his first venture into London.
Launching this autumn, the new restaurant will offer a ‘more refined dining experience’ serving a menu that will celebrate ingredients from across the British Isles and which will champion seasonality, sustainability, and biodiversity.
“Joining The Stafford Collection as an associate member is an exciting new chapter for Lympstone Manor,” says Caines.

The collaboration will also see the launch of a new City to Coast accommodation package where guests can enjoy a stay at both The Stafford London and Lympstone Manor.
