The sushi chain has launched YO! To Go outlets in Heathrow Terminal 2B and Heathrow Terminal 4 with both sites serving a range of fresh sushi platters alongside protein-rich breakfast options for travellers.
Options will include a mixed maki platter; crunchy chicken katsu roll; and smoked salmon protein pot.
The grab-and-go sites will operate alongside YO! restaurants in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
YO! says the launch of the new concept is a response to research conducted by Gingercomms in June 2025 on its behalf.
Based on the responses of the 2,000 British adults asked, the group claims 83% of airport travelers are ‘calling out for healthier, fresher meals when flying’, with 68% saying pre-prepared sushi platters would be ‘their ideal grab-and-go choice at the airport’.
“It’s time we fall back in love with airports and start the journey right with a delicious YO! treat in the terminal,” says Lauren Crozier, marketing director at YO!
YO! is part of the Wonderfield Group (formerly Snowfox Group), which is owned by parent company Zensho Holdings.
The brand operates more than 500 locations in the UK including bricks and mortar restaurants and grab-and-go kiosks, with many of the latter based within Tesco supermarkets.
