French hospitality group Paris Society is bringing its Italian dining concept Bambini to London.

Il Bambini Club will take the space that was formerly occupied by Hoxton Grill on the ground floor of The Hoxton hotel in Shoreditch.

The restaurant is billed as a classic trattoria with a bold design that will combine a nostalgic Italian aesthetic with a distinctly modern London edge.

Celebrating ‘Italian eccentricity and modern design flair’, green and terracotta furnishings will sit alongside dark woods and a variety of textured fabrics, including playful stripes and romantic florals, creating a ‘layered and evocative interior’.

The brand is known for its tagliatelle al tartufo, Milanese cutlet and its range of wood-fired pizzas all ‘crafted with care and authenticity’.

Operated by RIKAS Group, the London outpost follows the success of Bambini-branded locations in Paris and Mègeve.

The site will be Paris Society‘s second London site joining Louie London, the French Cajun-inspired restaurant that opened within the former site of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2020.
