The launch marks Kuvi’s first franchise partnership and will act as a springboard for further nationwide growth.
Group CEO Shereen Ritchie said the business is already in advanced negotiations on a central London location.
Founded in 2015 in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, Coyo Taco has grown into a cult international brand, with 11 locations worldwide including in the US, Panama, Portugal, Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
Coyo Taco blends freshly made Mexican street food with a high-energy speakeasy concept featuring mezcal, DJs and late-night parties.
