The new concept aims to deliver the team’s ingredient-led ethos and pasta expertise in a quick-service format designed for Londoners on the move.
The Broadgate site will offer six pasta dishes, ranging from rigatoni cacio e pepe and spaghetti Bolognese to more indulgent options such as truffle strozzapreti.
Four salads provide lighter choices, including a Nicoise-inspired tuna salad and a Caesar-style chicken version, alongside a simple green side.
Most pasta dishes will be prices around the £13 mark with all salads priced at £12.95.
A burrata bar completes the menu, with the creamy cheese served in six different flavour pairings, from smashed green olives to sundried tomato dressing.
Notto began life as a pasta delivery business before evolving into two full-service pasta restaurant pasta.
Howard is one of the UK’s most influential chef having attracted to Michelin stars at his now closed Mayfair restaurant The Square.
His current Chelsea flagship Elystan Street holds Michelin star.
Notto has other restaurants in the pipeline, including a large site in South Kensington.

“Add a burrata bar and a handful of wholesome salads and we believe we have an offering which is super fresh, super quick but still cooked with real care and attention.”
